Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unless an item is faulty you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- E-mail email@example.com with details of the products you wish to return, including order number. Please let us know whether you would like a refund or exchange (exchanges are dependent on stock levels and may not always be possible). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- We will reply with details of where to send the returns to, and confirm whether an exchange is possible if requested.
- Package and return the order to us, including details of the order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not reach us
- RefundOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 working days of receipt.
Exchanges will be sent within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that as our t-shirts are printed on demand these may be posted out to you separately from any leggings you are exchanging at the same time.
Please note that the following returns may be rejected and returned to you at your cost:
Items that smell of smoke or animals
Items that show signs of being worn (unless faulty)
If an item has been damaged through misuse and reported as faulty
Any items returned to us after 30 days will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your cost.
Any manufacturing faults will be evident within the first 30 days so anything after that will be classed as general wear and tear.
Any items returned to us without first contacting us, or missing contact information will delay a refund being processed. If we cannot determine who sent the items we cannot process the return.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
