Minutes of the meeting held on 8^th May 2007 in the LIC, room 703

1	Minutes of previous meeting (2^nd April 2007)
	These were accepted as a true record. No amendments were submitted.

2	Matters arising
	Still no progress to report re extra supplies and lockers. Ditto training. Jeremy to contact Marc Clement re phone coverage.
3	Calls since the last meeting
	Jerry ran through the calls received since the last meeting. In each case those who responded to the calls recounted their experiences of the event.

4	Developments
	Locks on the FR cabinets had been changed and keys were distributed to those present. Those not present would receive their keys in due course.

5	Training
	Following Steve Roberts' return to work Jerry is trying to get courses arranged but so far nothing definite has been arranged. A number of pertinent university safety courses are still available this term, e.g. EVAC chair training.

6	Scenarios
	The first in the series. We talked about heart attacks; recounting personal experiences and running through procedure.
